CABINET provides worldwide delivery by DHL.


SHIPPING COSTS AND TIME

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Import taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. It is the customer's responsibility to cover taxes and duties.

  • Delivery time within Germany: 2 to 6 working days
  • Delivery time within Europe: 4 to 6 working days
  • Delivery time outside of Europe: 6 to 10 working days

In rare instances, international shipping to certain countries may require 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Please note that we are not liable for any delays resulting from the customs clearance process in the destination country or due to courier transit times.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. These parcels will include a tracking ID that can be utilized to monitor your delivery through your local postal service.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means unwanted items must be returned to us within 14 working days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiate a return by contacting us at assistance@cabinetthestore.com and providing your order number, along with details of the item(s) you wish to return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We charge a fixed return fee of 20 EUR, which is deducted from your refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Germany, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defect, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and take care of it.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The fixed fee of 20 EUR will be deducted from your refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
